New Update on Kitty Kitty; purrs
Hello and thank you to everyone again! What you have done is nothing short of a miracle!!! You have purred, given donations and sent healing thoughts for our new addition, KittyK!
At the last visit to the vet, She is off of all antibiotics, off of the iron and no more pain meds are needed! Her fur is growing in nicely and she is even walking and kneading the blanket; Her purrs can be heard for miles and she has started to play! The Vet said that this is unheard of; remember he saw her in her critical condition not long ago! We of course, told the vet that it is due to the kindness of her animal friends! She feels the love from everyone! Honeybell sometimes, not so much; he still hisses at his competition! LOL
We can not thank you enough for all that you have done to save this lucky miracle cat! She only goes to the vet once a week; sometimes 2x; only for follow up visits to make sure that all is ok with her! She only needs cream for the wounds that are healing everyday!
HUGS to all! One feral kitten -given a chance; now so many more to go! This time was her chance; thanks ever so much!!!! We will keep you posted! We can't get camera to take good pictures of her; although it actually is the person taking the pictures, not the camera!

Update on Kitty Kitty:
It has been 2 weeks+ and although still unsteady on her feet; she has been progressing well. It is truly amazing; she took over almost immediately feeling right at home with us purring in bed; eating and YES! even using the litter box! YAY! (That would have been a big problem!)
Her puncture wounds are healing; the major one on her left side now has a layer of skin on it; Her stitches came off. We have to put cream on her twice a day as well as iron 2x daily and still on antibiotics as well. She cannot stand or walk for very long at one time but this too shall be better with time. We bring her 2x a week now to the vet's office.
This little girl has been such a sweetie! All she wants is love and tells us all thank you for giving her a chance. At first sight, the vet said the humane thing was to "put her down" then Kitty's eyes caught the vets eyes~ *giggles* He then said, Lets give this little girl a chance!
What is truly amazing is the outpouring of love from all of YOU!Your love and support has forever been given a home in our hearts! Thanks to all! We love you!
